The USD price per ounce is subject to change at any time during the ordering process due to market volatility. Once the 'Terms and Conditions' have been accepted and the 'Confirm Order' selection has been made, your price per ounce will be locked in.

Payment and Order Acceptance

Inca One reserves the right to void or cancel any order that does not comply with our internal security measures and all orders are subject to acceptance by Management in their absolute discretion. Inca One reserves the right to refuse an order when the confirmed price is incorrect, due to either computer-related problems or sudden movement in the market.

Inca One, at its sole discretion, may choose to offer an alternate method of payment for those orders that do not meet our internal security standards. Should you choose not to accept the alternate method of payment the order will be cancelled without further recourse on your part.

At no time is Inca One responsible for any foreign transaction fees or currency exchange loss when credit card orders are cancelled or refunded.

Credit Card Payments

The billing address entered on your order must match your credit card address.

The daily exchange rate from USD to CAD is determined by Inca One Gold Corp. daily. By processing your payment online, you are agreeing to the set exchange rate. We do not add any additional transaction fees to your order when paying by credit card; however, your financial institution may. Check with your bank prior to ordering to confirm if a foreign transaction fee will be charged when paying for orders outside of your home country. Inca One is not responsible for any added transaction fees

All Gold and Silver bullion orders are priced in USD. When selecting to pay for your order in CAD, the invoice will remain in USD. We have added the ability to pay in CAD so our Canadian customers can avoid paying foreign transaction fees. This is a payment selection only - the invoice for your order will remain in USD.

Bank Wire Transfers

We accept Wire Transfer payments in US Dollars only.

Wire transfer instructions will be forwarded by email after your order has been processed. Once your payment has been received and accepted, you will receive an email as confirmation. Wire Transfers not received within 2 business days from the order date may be re-priced at the discretion of Inca One. Due to market volatility, wire transfer payments that are not received within 2 business days may be cancelled without warning.  

Order Status

Due to the high volume of online credit card fraud, all first time customer orders will be placed on hold until credit card and billing information has been confirmed. This includes customers that have used PayPal to process their credit card payments for past orders made online prior to March 2010.  Inca One reserves the right to deny or cancel any order that does not meet our security requirements. All new International customer orders are required to provide three physical copies of their name, billing address and photo identification. International banking institutions do not provide address confirmations when authorizing transactions. New customer orders from North America are required to provide one piece of name and address confirmation and will be notified if a second piece is required.

Please be assured that this information is kept confidential and used only to confirm your address and identity. Once your account has been verified, there will be no future delays with shipping your orders. If for any reason the name and address confirmation is refused by the customer, there will be a $75 USD non-refundable cancellation fee deducted from the cancelled order.


UPS Courier will not release any orders without a signature at time of delivery. For this reason a physical shipping address must be provided with all orders. UPS Courier will not ship to a PO Box.

If the product(s) you have ordered are in stock, your order has been processed and released from hold, please allow up to five business days for your order to be shipped from our facility. If we are presently out of inventory for the items you have ordered, delivery of your full order will be delayed. We do not ship partial orders.

If for any reason UPS could not deliver your package it will be returned to Inca One. The customer will be responsible for all freight charges related to having their package re-shipped. For return orders that cannot be re-shipped to the customer, a $75 per order re-stocking fee and all freight charges incurred will be deducted from the invoice. If we determine the package is lost or damaged, we will file a claim. Once the claim is filed, we reserve the right to re-ship your items or refund your money at our discretion.

Note: Giving UPS permission to leave your shipment without signature and/or giving someone else signing privileges for your delivery will void your insurance. This includes a building concierge, mail rooms, neighbours and family members. Inca One cannot be held responsible for any package delivered to a non-residential address or deliveries signed for by a third party. YOUR INSURANCE WILL BE VOIDED.


We begin processing your order as soon as we receive payment. For this reason, orders cannot be changed once payment is received. Please check your shopping cart carefully before submitting your order and your billing / shipping addresses.

Cancellation of orders and returns

Once your order has been placed with Gold and Silver, you have entered into a binding agreement. All sales are final. Payments will not be cancelled for the delay of shipping orders due to limited inventory. There will be a $75 USD non-refundable charge deducted from all orders that have been returned as undeliverable or for all orders where customers will not forward the requested name and address confirmation. Inca One does not buy back Gold and Silver after it has been sold.

By registering for an account, you are consenting to Inca One Gold Corp. sending you targeted email correspondence (including but not limited to promotional offers and account update requests) as per Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (in effect July 1, 2014).
